Representation of policyholders and insurance companies in insurance litigation actions, with special emphasis in the trial of professional liability area including complex multi-district litigation. General liability litigation has involved construction defects and major personal injury. Numerous insurance coverage opinions, particularly in the general liability and excess coverage areas, as well as the defense and trial of coverage disputes and bad faith litigation; representing reinsureds in reinsurance disputes, including arbitration of contractual issues on coverage of losses.

Established client base includes CNA Insurance Companies, The Dallas County Hospital District, Clarendon National Insurance Group, and individual physicians and physician practice groups.
