Diren Singhe has broad motion, appellate and transactional experience in the areas of commercial and intellectual property law, including copyright, patent, trade secret, trademark, unfair competition, non-compete, franchise, business brokerage, technology transfer and contractor disputes. At Fletcher, Farley, Krueger, Shipman & Salinas, Mr. Singhe's practice focuses primarily on the defense of products liability and construction suits, as well as general liability matters. Mr. Singhe is also involved in the firm's intellectual property practice, focusing on patent litigation, unfair competition and trademark disputes in federal courts throughout the region.
