Kenneth Lambert has over fourteen years of experience in trial and appellate litigation. He is a former Briefing Attorney to the Honorable Warren Whitham of the Fifth District Court of Appeals at Dallas, Texas. Mr. Lambert has tried cases in state and federal courts throughout the State of Texas, and has handled appeals before the Texas Supreme Court, numerous intermediate courts of appeal, and the Fifth Circuit.
