Lane Farley has experience defending a broad range of complex litigation, including product liability, toxic exposure, construction liability, elevator accidents, commercial disputes, bad faith claims, and general negligence matters. Mr. Farley has represented a number of contractors on matters including construction defects, personal injury, owner controlled insurance programs, EIFS litigation, OSHA compliance and other general construction disputes. Mr. Farley has represented product manufacturers in defending against all matters of product defect, business interruption and personal injury. Mr. Farley is particularly skilled in handling technical cases with emphasis on scientific and other expert issues. He has experience handling large, multi-party litigation on a variety of issues, and has tried to a successful conclusion numerous jury trials in state and federal court.
