Mike Shipman started his career with the Collin County Criminal District Attorney's office. In this role, he gained significant trial experience as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney. Since leaving the District Attorney's office, Mr. Shipman has been involved in complex litigation involving both insurance coverage and first and third-party bad faith. Additionally, Mr. Shipman has been involved in claims made under worker's compensation policies held by various corporations.
Mr. Shipman's practice includes the representation of a nationwide restaurant chain and a major corporation whose subsidiaries are involved in waste management and disposal, retail car sales, and nationwide car rentals. He continues to practice general liability, products liability, toxic tort liability, worker's compensation issues and premises liability defense.
