Bill Krueger is actively engaged in the defense of civil rights, labor, tort and insurance litigation. He successfully defends and tries cases throughout the State of Texas. Mr. Krueger regularly lectures in the areas of labor, civil rights, tort and insurance litigation. He has authored and/or published articles on The Americans with Disabilities Act, age discrimination, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, drug testing in the work place, civil rights and tort litigation. Moreover, Mr. Krueger speaks to the Texas Legislature on all legal topics.
